Als ich vor knapp 2 Jahren ein Haus in Griechenland gesucht habe, bin ich durch Zufall auf der Internetseite von Manicon gestoßen, die Bilder hatten mich sehr neugierig gemacht. Nach einigen Skype Sitzungen entschloss ich mich mir das ganze vor Ort anzuschauen. Ich war vom ersten Moment an von dem angebotenen Konzept von Dimitris überzeugt. Und so entschloss ich mich in Valanidorrachi ein Haus zu bauen. Was mich am meisten überzeugt hat, war das ich meine eigenen Wünsche, Vorstellungen und Ideen (Grundriss) mit Hilfe von Dimitris umsetzen konnte. Mein Haus war nach wenigen Monaten bezugsfertig, ich war total begeistert von dem reibungslosen Ablauf, Wünsche während der Bauzeit wurden alle anstandslos realisiert. Die Hilfe und Betreuung beim Bau durch Dimitris war super. Ich möchte auch den vielen Handwerkern für ihre super Arbeit danken!Und nicht zuletzt danke ich auch Katerina die unglaublich hilfsbereit war! Ich fühlte mich von Anfang an bei beiden, Dimitris und Katerina in guten Händen! Vielen lieben Dank für eure tolle Arbeit und eure Geduld, ihr seid ein super Team!

When I started looking for a house in Greece almost two years ago, I came across Manicon’s website by chance. The pictures immediately caught my attention and made me curious. After several Skype meetings, I decided to visit in person. From the very first moment, I was convinced by Dimitris’ concept. That’s when I made the decision to build a house in Valanidorachi. What convinced me the most was that I could bring my own ideas, wishes, and layout to life with Dimitris’ support. My house was ready to move into within just a few months. I was absolutely thrilled with how smoothly everything went, and every request I had during the construction process was fulfilled without hesitation. Dimitris provided exceptional support and guidance throughout the build. I also want to extend my gratitude to the many skilled craftsmen for their fantastic work! And last but not least, a huge thank you to Katerina, who was incredibly helpful! From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands with both Dimitris and Katerina.
